Trying again
I find myself ready to try harder to lose weight. I have walked for at least a half hour for the last 3 days and plan to keep that up for 5 days a week through summer. I'm also trying to ditch habitual 2nd helpings. My hope is to lose 10 pounds by the end of August. There - I've blogged it. Now I'm committed.

GRRRRRR!!!
I did it - at least half an hour walking or biking for all 5 days, more on 2 of those days.
Now, only the rest of my life to go.
